At Narwal, we offer a limited warranty on products purchased from Narwal website.

All Narwal products purchased come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase or delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal household use and in accordance with the
product instructions.

How to Claim Warranty

To request warranty service, please contact our customer support team and provide:

• your proof of purchase or invoice or email confirmation as received while ordering
• the product serial number
• details of the issue
• Images/Videos of the issue

What We Will Do

If your product is found to have a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, Narwal may, at its discretion:

• repair the product
• replace the product
• replace it with an equivalent or upgraded model if necessary

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear
• consumable parts
• accidental damage
• damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, or
  failure to follow product instructions
• damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of
  non-approved parts
• damage caused by fire, water, power issues, or other external
  causes beyond reasonable control
• products with removed or altered serial numbers
• products purchased from unauthorized sellers
• products used for commercial or non-household purposes
