What is the FlowWash Mopping System, and how does it work?
FlowWash is a fresh-water mopping system that continuously rinses the mop as it cleans. Freo 20 Edge uses 16 spray nozzles to refresh the mop, 12N of downward pressure for deeper scrubbing, residue scraping to remove buildup, and dirty-water extraction to help keep the mop clean throughout the cleaning cycle.
Can Freo 20 Edge remove sticky and dried-on messes?
Yes. Freo 20 Edge combines 12N of downward mopping pressure with continuous fresh-water cleaning to tackle everyday messes such as coffee, soy sauce, ketchup, mud, paw prints, and wet tracks. The mop continuously refreshes as it cleans, helping remove stubborn stains without simply spreading residue across the floor.
How well does Freo 20 Edge pick up pet hair?
Freo 20 Edge delivers up to 31,000 Pa of suction power to pick up pet hair, dust, and debris from your floors. Its powerful vacuuming is designed for everyday homes with pets, helping keep hard floors and carpets cleaner with less manual cleanup.
Will Freo 20 Edge get tangled with pet hair?
Freo 20 Edge features a DualFlow Tangle-Free System designed to prevent pet hair from building up around the brushes. It helps keep the brushes clear while maintaining cleaning performance, reducing the need for frequent manual hair removal.
Can Freo 20 Edge clean along edges and in corners?
Yes. Freo 20 Edge uses dynamic mop extension to reach 0 mm from corners, helping clean along edges and into hard-to-reach corners where traditional robot mops can leave gaps.
How does Freo 20 Edge navigate and avoid obstacles?
Freo 20 Edge uses intelligent sensing and smart navigation to map your home, detect household obstacles, and automatically plan efficient cleaning routes. It is designed to navigate around everyday furniture and objects while adapting its cleaning path to your home.
Can Freo 20 Edge clean both hard floors and carpets?
Yes. Freo 20 Edge is designed for whole-home cleaning across hard floors and carpets. Its powerful 31,000 Pa suction helps pick up dust, debris, and pet hair across different surfaces, while its smart cleaning system adjusts its cleaning approach based on your home.
How does the Freo 20 Edge all-in-one dock work?
The all-in-one dock automates the main post-cleaning tasks. It automatically washes the mop, dries it with 45°C hot air, stores dust for up to 120 days, cleans the dirty-water tank, and uses a replaceable debris filter. Its large clean-water tank also reduces the need for frequent refilling.
How often do I need to empty the dust bag?
You don't need to empty it every day. Freo 20 Edge automatically collects debris in the dock, with up to 120 days of dust storage under specified usage conditions. This reduces routine maintenance and lets you spend less time emptying the robot's dust bin.
Is Freo 20 Edge suitable for homes with pets and children?
Yes. Freo 20 Edge is designed with pet- and kid-friendly cleaning in mind. Its 31,000 Pa suction helps pick up pet hair and everyday debris, while the DualFlow Tangle-Free System helps reduce hair buildup around the brushes. It also operates at 59 dB and includes a safety lock to help prevent accidental starts.
