What is the FlowWash mopping system, and how is it different from a regular robot mop?

FlowWash is a circulating hot-water mopping system that continuously washes the mop as it cleans. Unlike a regular robot mop that drags a damp pad across the floor, Freo 20 uses a wide crawler-style roller mop rinsed with fresh 60°C hot water through 16 spray holes. It combines continuous fresh-water cleaning with 12N of downward scrubbing pressure and an extending edge mop to tackle stubborn messes and reach deeper into corners—without simply pushing dirty water around your home.

Why mop with 60°C hot water?

Hot water loosens sticky, dried-on, and greasy messes that cold water leaves behind, and it helps sanitize the floor as it cleans. Because the water circulates through the track, the mop stays fresh from the first room to the last — no rewetting the same grime.

How does Freo 20 navigate and avoid obstacles?

Yes. Freo 20 uses the NarMind™ Pro Autonomous System with TwinAI™ dual-camera AI navigation to recognize and avoid common household obstacles. It can detect and navigate around pet waste, charging cables, shoes, toys, and chair and table legs, helping it move smoothly through real-world homes without constantly bumping into clutter. You can also enable Pet Care or Baby Care modes for cleaning tailored to your household.

How strong is the suction, and will it get tangled with hair?

The DualFlow Tangle-Free System combines a conical anti-tangle roller brush with an auto-reversing side brush that helps release wrapped hair before it builds up. How does the all-in-one base station take care of itself?

After each job the station runs 45–100°C high-temperature self-cleaning, dries the track with 60°C hot air to prevent odor and bacteria, automatically refills the clean-water tank, and empties debris into a 120-day dust bag. The base-station filter is removable, so you can rinse it occasionally.

How often do I have to empty the dust bin?

Most users only swap the dust bag a few times a year. With 120-day auto-empty, Freo 20 deposits debris into a bag at the base station, so day-to-day cleanup is genuinely hands-off.
